June 6, 2024 – The National Communication Authority (NCA) has partnered with Bayobab to develop a Fiber Optic Cable network across South Sudan. This initiative aims to significantly boost the country’s digital infrastructure and connectivity.
At a recent meeting, Bayobab (formerly MTN GlobalConnect) presented their plans for the project. Known for their advanced digital solutions across Africa, Bayobab’s collaboration with NCA promises to bring high-speed internet to both urban and rural areas in South Sudan.
